Driving Dr. Gazelle’s success as a pain treatment and vein treatment specialist is her commitment to patient care; she fully understands that pain affects every single aspect of our patients’ lives. As a member of our Vein Treatment Specialists team, Dr. Gazelle cultivates a culture in which taking the time to listen and getting to know patients is a priority. Her warm bed-side manner and willingness to listen allow her to know her patients on a personal level and provide individualized care that treats pain from different angles, whilst prioritizing the well-being of our patients.
Dr. Gazelle grew up in the Boston area, graduated in the top 10% of her class from Albany Medical College in New York and became Double Board Certified in Pain Management and anesthesiology. She completed an Internal Medicine internship at Lahey Clinic in Massachusetts, followed by a rigorous three year Anesthesiology residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. She then went on to complete a competitive Fellowship in Pain Management at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Gazelle then worked as a faculty member at elite medical centers such as Case Western University Hospital and Lahey Clinic. As a double board certified Pain Treatment Specialist and Anesthesiologist, Dr. Gazelle is fellowship trained in the latest non-surgical and minimally invasive techniques like Epidurals, Facet Injection, Trigger Point, Iovera, to provide relief for a variety of pain conditions such as back pain, neck pain, low back pain, and hip pain.
She is an expert at using fluoroscopy and ultrasound technology to perform pain relieving procedures on the spine, joints and other painful areas. She specializes in the treatment of low back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint pain, muscle and tendon disorders and other complex pain conditions. Dr. Gazelle oversees our Vein Treatment Center in Delray Beach, FL— ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care possible for their pain treatment.
